'We contacted Events Reinvented to see if they could help us with the marketing of our pub and restaurant to drive more business to us. We are located deep in the countryside between Harlow and Epping, Essex and therefore do not get any passing trade.

Sandra has worked with us since Spring 2011, and has helped us to raise the profile and awareness of our venue via local advertising, mailshot campaigns and website promotions. She also designed and printed a Calendar of Events to place in these publications, and has got us into the habit of continually planning ahead to maximise business for key dates such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Bank Holidays etc.

Sandra also suggested the idea of introducing Cabaret Nights featuring live performers, and these have been a great success. She handles all the organisation of these, including auditioning and booking of the acts, and promoting these and our other events throughout the year.

We think we have a great venue with superb local food, but don’t consider ourselves to be natural “salespeople”, and never enjoyed the marketing side of our activities. Sandra has taken this burden away from us, carrying out all the sales and marketing activity for us. This has brought new ideas and great results, despite the very challenging economic climate, and she has made a very significant contribution to our increased trade and turnover. 'We approached Events Reinvented in the spring of 2012 to assist us in the marketing of our portfolio of 24 self catering holiday cottages in Kilchoan on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula in Scotland. Marketing is not our forte, so we were seeking some innovative ways to increase occupancy.

We have been working closely with Sandra ever since, and she has been a true inspiration! 'The Hotel was looking for a sales and marketing resource to raise our profile in the local corporate market and we were recommended to Events Reinvented.

The Hotel was needing to grow its revenue in a tough economic climate, without increasing headcount and committing spend for recruitment. Events Reinvented were able to offer a flexible solution.

They supplied an experienced and proven sales and marketing professional from the hotel industry who worked for us 2 days per week and dealt with all aspects of sales and local marketing. We were specifically interested in developing our weekend leisure business. We decided to introduce weekend events including Tribute Nights, Murder Mystery Evenings and Dinner Dances. Events Reinvented designed and produced a high impact, original and creative Calendar of Events and suggested and executed different ways of promoting these events via websites and advertising together with design of display banners and flyers.

The initiative was a resounding success with a typical night attracting 150 pax resulting in increased weekend overnight accommodation bookings and a considerable increase in bar spend. This had a knock on effect by raising our profile in the local area and we have seen an increase in wedding and private party bookings.

Following this success we also commissioned Events Reinvented to design our literature to promote our Leisure Club and new Health and Beauty Salon’

'The Hotel was lacking in sales experience and culture and we approached Events Reinvented to find out if they could offer assistance with this. Their sales and marketing consultant worked with us over a 15 month period training up Front of House staff in reservation handling, conference enquiry handling, third party website management and proactive telesales.

' We were contacted by Events Reinvented who were searching for a venue to hold a 50th Birthday Celebration for approx 50 guests for a high net worth client.

They visited a number of venues in Provence and were very thorough in the selection of a property to meet with their clients' demanding specification with regard to location, outdoor facilities and contingency planning in the event of bad weather. We were delighted when Chateau de la Loubiere was chosen as the venue.

Although their clients were very exacting in their requirements, Events Reinvented dealt with the organisation of the event in a very professional manner, with several on-site visits and good communication from the UK, arranging on and off site accommodation, transportation, lighting, sound systems and catering and bar facilities. The headline act for the evening was Tony Hadley, of Spandau Ballet. Events Reinvented dealt with Mr Hadley and his management and took care of all his requirements for the event whilst he was in France.

Up until that time we had not hosted such a complex event but the professionalism of the Events Reinvented team made it easy. We developed a great rapport, which resulted in it being a memorable event for everyone, and an extremely happy client. We were thrilled to be a part of it and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering holding a similar event either in the UK or abroad.

Since then we have worked with Events Reinvented on other events and also on our new website content.
